No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS)
No interest loans are available to people on low incomes for essential goods and services. Items may include:
- Furniture
- Car expenses
- Education
- White goods

Rokeby Pantry Food Hampers
Emergency food hampers are available for (Rokeby residents Only) upon request (limited to one per household every 3 Weeks). Please contact the centre for more information.
TaxHelp
TaxHelp is available from July top the end of October to assist people on low incomes with their tax returns, franking credits and non-lodgement forms. Please call the centre for more information or to make an appointment.
Clarence Emergency Relief Fund
The Clarence Emergency Relief Fund supports individuals and families across the Clarence community who are experiencing financial hardship or crisis. Proudly funded by the Australian Government, the Fund provides practical assistance such as food support, emergency vouchers, fuel assistance, Household goods etc, and referrals to additional services.
Our goal is to offer timely, respectful, and confidential help when people need it most, while strengthening wellbeing, dignity, and community connection. The Clarence Emergency Relief Fund works closely with local organisations to ensure support is accessible, responsive, and tailored to the diverse needs of our community.
